St Oswald’s in Oswestry, like many working parish churches, comprises of a variety of architectural elements. Dating from the eleventh century, the church has undergone much in the way of renovation, reconstruction and extension, including that of ?>George Street in the 1870s and the building of the Parish Community Centre in the 1960s.

Arrol & Snell were keen to work sensitively and affectively with both the traditional elements of the building and the contemporary in their scheme to improve disabled access to the Parish Centre and within the main church building at its south porch and the lobby, as well as renovating the Parish Centre itself.
