Lower House Farm is a Grade II* listed property in mid-Wales of medieval timber-framed construction with stone wings and a stone tiled floor.

Arrol & Snell has extensive experience in the conservation of medieval timber-framed structures and, as such, was asked by the owners of Lower House Farm to oversee the restoration of the near-derelict building.

The practice oversaw an extensive course of repair and conservation work to the property ensuring that both design and craftsmanship was of the highest order  and authenticity throughout.
